Absolutely love this product. I have a geriatric cat with litter box issues. It cleans the the urine film and odor off my tile/grout wonderfully. I used it recently to remove blood off a pillow. It's well worth the price for removing pet and other tough stains. I use it once a month to remove the residual seeped in urine odor from my litter boxes as well.
