This product completely gets rid of all stains and odors from bodily excretions, animal or human. Doesn't damage or discolor carpets and does remove odor in the air as well. Easy to use. People do need to follow the directions on the bottle which say clearly not to get it in your eyes or on skin. Would the shi tzu person let her dogs step in bleach? Her bad, not the product. Same for woman who poured vinegar on pet urine first, duh, that's the worst thing to do along with baking soda. Those don't work for pet excrement and ruin the effect of ANY product used thereafter. Use this, it works.
