I've had dogs for 40+ years and this is by far the best product I've ever used and I've probably tried at least 8 other cleaners. Cleaning our house then day prior to closing on its sale our male schnauzer decided to leave a gift for the new owners on the recently cleaned carpet. We were closing the next afternoon. Stain gone, smell gone. Gave it two applications just to be on the safe side. Normally, I treat the spot once, wait a few days and if there's still a smell I treat it again and I've not had a spot and odor that didn't go away (knock on wood!!!)
