I have bought this numerous times. The sprayer can be adjusted to a mist or a stream. This product has saved my carpet from dog pee from an old dog. I had a pretty sizable area on my living room floor that had been cleaned over and over by me using every commercial carpet cleaner product, several types of home rug shampooers, every Pinterest miracle carpet cleaning recipe, several professional carpet companies, even peroxide and diluted bleach. Nothing would eliminate the spot or the odor. This product was sprayed directly on the carpet several times and on the underside of the carpet and on the pad. (When it contacts a stain if foams up like peroxide would- I wonder if this is peroxide based?) Anyway the stain and odor is completely gone along with several other pet stains. It also gets out other stains, but pee is the main thing I have used it for. I have noticed it doesn’t really clean stains from markers, paint, dye, etc, but is IDEAL for pet stains and most any organic stains. (Blood, barf, poo, milk, pee.....)

I want to reiterate that this also gets rid of odors.
