I've used this product for several months, but felt compelled to write a review after what happened the other day. We had removed the mattress cover from our guest bed and thrown it in the wash. Of course our puppy took this opportunity to puke in two different spots on the bare mattress top, leaving a couple of nasty stains. Feeling rather stupid and believing the mattress was pretty much ruined permanently as the stain had soaked in a bit, after cleaning up I sprayed some Eco-88 since I figured it couldn't hurt to try something. Left it for about 15 minutes and came back to a pristine white mattress without a trace of stain or odor! Unfortunately I didn't think to take a before/after picture as quite frankly I didn't have high hopes for removal of the stain.

This product had always worked well on our puppy's little messes during housebreaking, but I was really impressed with the job done on the mattress - the stains have vanished and I couldn't be more satisfied! I'm also fairly certain that in our experience, Eco-88 was effective enough to prevent our puppy having accidents in the same spots within the house. I have had my hands take on a white cast a couple of times when I wasn't careful with my paper towel usage, but it washed off easily enough with no ill effects. Great product!
