After 30 years of trying every product on the market, (cat owner), every homemade concoction that I could find on the internet, (and ruining my carpet in spots in the process), my vet started carrying this product. It works.

It works so well in fact, that I tried it on an 8 year old stain left on my son's bed from his bed wetting years, and much to my amazement it worked! Some of the tougher spots on the mattress took more than one application, but seeing the initial results encouraged me to continue working with it until it was all gone. Amazing.

Now all of the drink spills, carpet pet accidents, stinky shoes, auto detailing and fabric freshening around the house is cleaned/done with this product. Btw... on the pet stains, if you are new to the process, you must either use enough product to soak down into the padding or you must pull up the carpet to spray the padding down. (Don't forget nearby walls, baseboards and concrete if the stain is old!). It will instantly neutralize all odors, and not leave a nasty chemical odor in it's place. Ordering more now...
